ModifiedProgram for SMIPA

Notice of Withdrawal of Modified Program

Navitas was todayadvised by the Joint Accounting Bodies that they are withdrawing the approvalfor the modified version of the Skilled Migration Internship Program –Accounting that they had previously approved Navitas to provide.

This does not affect the normal SMIPA & Professional Year Program – only the modified program recently offered by Navitas to students that would graduate fromtheir studies at the end of this year.

As such, we cannotoffer the modified program as we had previously advertised, and will not takeenrolments into the program.

Please contact yourlocal Navitas office for more information as needed.

The JointAccounting Bodies will be releasing a statement to say that Navitas actedproperly throughout the development of the modified program, and it is throughno fault of Navitas that the decision to withdraw the modified programoccurred.

We are verydisappointed that the modified program needs to be withdrawn as we understandthe implications for the students who may have been able to take advantage ofthis program. We know we acted in the interest of the students to develop thisprogram, and will continue to lead in this area when new opportunities arise.

We apologise thatthe extra efforts you put into promoting this modified program have been lost, and regret the effect the program withdrawal will have for all concerned. Weappreciate your responsiveness as an agent and look forward to working closelywith you in the future.

Navitas will continue to offer its regular Professional Year andSMIPA programs as this does not impact on these in any way. Our programs are regarded as the highest quality and we know thiswill continue to be the case.

We remind you thatthose wishing to complete the Professional Year/SMIPA before June 30th2012 need to enrol by mid-August 2011.

Thank you for yourunderstanding on this matter.

Yours faithfully

Peter Krikstolaitis
